Head of Digital marketing and direct sales
Mission of the position:
The job holder is ultimately responsible for the development and execution of the marketing, sales and distribution strategy of Onlia. As such the job holder is fully responsible for the creation and development of Onlia’s brand awareness, bring in and retain clients and to develop the top line growth of Onlia. In order to do so, it will be part of the job holder’s responsibility to manage a wide variety of external partners as well as internal staff.
- To be responsible for management of activities and realization of goals within the unit „Top shop“ in line with the new brand strategy
- To create a business strategy of the new brand and to be responsible for its fulfillment
- To create a marketing strategy of the new brand and to be responsible for its fulfillment
- To create a strategy of public relations and public affairs management (PRPA management) of the new brand and in cooperation with the company spokeswoman to be responsible for its fulfillment
- To create a strategy of client relation management (CRM) of the new brand in cooperation with the Marketing and Sales Support Division and to be responsible for its fulfillment
- To be responsible for the financial targets of Onlia in terms of number of clients, retention and GWP
- To be responsible for creation and development of an overall strategy of the new brand
- To be responsible for management of directly subordinate staff
- To be responsible for management of relations with business, technological and marketing partners
Required education
- Secondary with school-leaving examination
- University education (Bachelor's degree)
- University education (Master's degree)
