So stand up from shadow and start the real work! You will work with client´s processes; by using a client optic to analyze them from left to right, from top to bottom, from inside and outside. Your role is to optimize user experience and coordinate all resources to make client processes smooth and user friendly as much as possible.You will co-operate with internal departments, functional managers and also with our third party vendors. You will plan your steps and manage the change. You will create a concept of the client processes.
